The breakfast was a real delight, with delicious local dishes, made my taste buds dance! The staff was friendly, treating me like family. My stay in the Executive Suite was cozy, with amazing views and an oh-so-comfy bed that had me snoozing like a champ.
I encountered a sewage smell wafting from the bathroom that was hard to ignore. On top of that, my room was downsized without notice. Yikes!

Clean hotel with very attentive staff and excellent location near good restaurants, bus terminal and modern Quicentral shopping centre, and Beyond the Stars. Outstanding service and great-sized and well-designed room with a bathtub. Early check-in, late check-out. Could use venue's in-house restaurant and spa area.

The spacious room was beautifully designed, with a cozy seating area perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Andrea, who ensured my comfort with an extra duvet. The prime location made exploring Quito easy and enjoyable.
The dining prices were a bit steep for the area.

The hotel is small (just 30 rooms) and personal and quiet (after a false start in an excessively noisy suite). There's no problem finding a taxi out front (often a hotel car reasonably priced) to take one anywhere in town, and the front desk was very accommodating in making dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants around town.
The first night we were assigned a room on the 5th floor facing the street (Suite 51). It was a large room, but very, very noisy ---- the windows, despite being completely shut, were not up to snuff and allowed lots of noise pollution to permeate the room (i.e. car alarms, barking dogs, traffic noise etc.).

Staff
The hotel has a night club on the top floor (13th) There was music and dancing untiled 1am (a Wednesday). We were unlucky to be placed on he 12th floor right below the dance floor. We asked to be moved and they had not other room. My sister was on the 5th floor, said they could hear the music coming down the walls. None of us got any sleep. The breakfast, staff, location, and room were great.

I didn´t like that the price that is given on the phone, does not include taxes

The Executive Suite offered fine views and a comfy bed, made it hard to leave. The staff were really good, providing kind assistance throughout my stay. I faced a few downsides. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and I had to be moved to another room, inconvenient. The dining options seemed pricey, suggesting that exploring the nearby eateries might be a better choice for value.

Very modern European. Beautiful decor.
Very poor restaurant service. Food average. Only 1 of 3 rooms had a tub, but the room that did was wonderful.

The ambiance was on point, and we loved the breakfast spread. We visited the local park and checked out the shopping areas, both a short walk away. Just remember, early check-ins might be tricky, so plan accordingly.
We had some trouble with the restaurant prices. It would be wise to explore nearby dining options for better value.
